Thomas Gann brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to Priority Family Medical Clinic, with a diverse background in emergency and trauma medicine, urgent care, Veterans healthcare, and primary care. He understands the importance of compassionate, high-quality care and is committed to helping every patient feel heard and well cared for.

Background

Thomas started his medical career in 1998 in the emergency room as an EMT. He became an RN in 2002 spending most of his nursing career in the ER with a special emphasis on trauma. In 2012 he was the most outstanding graduate at Azusa Pacific University graduating with highest honors earning his MSN FNP-C. He has spent the past 6 years working at the Veterans hospital in Prescott in the physical medicine department and primary care. He was an educator in the pain school and worked on the interdisciplinary team for traumatic brain injury patients.

Alecsis Ramos joins Priority Family Medical Clinic with a distinguished background of service and over a decade of dedicated clinical experience. Bringing a diverse medical background shaped by both military service and fast-paced clinical environments, our provider is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Background

Alecsis has dedicated much of his life to service, proudly completing 26 years of military service in the United States Air Force. Alongside a dedicated military career, Alecsis has spent 11 years in nursing practice, building a robust foundation in high-acuity medical environments.

As a Registered Nurse, Alecsis specialized in psychiatric care and emergency medicine, mastering the critical thinking skills needed for complex and fast-moving patient needs. Advancing their education, Alecsis earned both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Grand Canyon University. For their advanced practice career as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), Alecsis has successfully treated diverse populations across both urgent care and family practice settings.

Jeremy Pene comes to Priority Family Medical Clinic with over 20 years of medical experience.

Background

We are excited to welcome Jeremy Pene, Family Nurse Practitioner, to Priority Family Medical Clinic. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Jeremy brings extensive knowledge and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

His medical career began in 1991 as a medic and EMT in the U.S. Air Force, followed by earning his RN in 2002 and later completing his Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Azusa Pacific University in 2012. He has specialized in acute and emergency care, including trauma and emergency department work at Kaiser Permanente.

Jeremy is dedicated to building strong relationships with patients and providing high-quality, personalized care. We are proud to have him as part of our team and confident he will be a valuable asset to our community.

Meet Moriah

Office Manager

Moriah is pursuing a degree in Management and brings strong organizational and teamwork skills from her U.S. Air Force service, where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Human Resource Management. She is dedicated to supporting patients in primary care and values family time and continued growth.

Meet Katie

Chronic Care Manager

Katie is our dedicated Manager of our chronic care management team whose passion for healthcare began at an early age. Trained as both a front desk administrator and phlebotomist, she supports all aspects of patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.

Meet Emma

Medical Assistant/Scribe

She has been a foundational member of this primary care practice since its start, playing a key role in patient care and clinic operations. Her background includes medical assisting, front-desk operations, insurance coordination, billing, and clinical scribing. She is currently in nursing school to become an RN.

Kathya is one of our fabulous Medical Assistants, she’s a dedicated medical assistant who loves what she does. She keeps the clinic running smoothly, provides compassionate care and supports both patients and providers. Her positive attitude makes Priority a welcoming, friendly, and efficient place for everyone.

Front Office Admin

Jordyn has over 15 years of experience in dentistry before transitioning into the medical field. She brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her work. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her son, attending baseball games and concerts, and watching hockey.

Meet Kassandra

Front Office Admin

Kassandra has healthcare front desk experience, including three years managing a cardiology and neurology office. She also worked in dermatology, assisting with skin cancer treatments. In primary care, she enjoys connecting patients. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, fishing, and traveling with her husband.
