Thomas Gann comes to Priority Family Medical Clinic with over 20 years of experience. Our Provider understands the importance of quality care and is ready to help.

Background

Thomas started his medical career in 1998 in the emergency room as an EMT. He became an RN in 2002 spending most of his nursing career in the ER with a special emphasis on trauma. In 2012 he was the most outstanding graduate at Azusa Pacific University graduating with highest honors earning his MSN FNP-C. He has spent the past 6 years working at the Veterans hospital in Prescott in the physical medicine department and primary care. He was an educator in the pain school and worked on the interdisciplinary team for traumatic brain injury patients.

Eileen Mahler

Family Nurse Practitioner

Eileen Mahler comes to Priority Family Medical Clinic with over 20 years of medical experience.

Background

Eileen was born and raised in Arizona, growing up in Casa Grande. She graduated from Yavapai College in 2004 with her associates degree in nursing. Then she moved to Tucson, working at Tucson Medical Center in the Progressive Critical Care unit, obtaining a wealth of knowledge. Eileen pursued her career with her Masters in Nursing and obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013. She has been working as a nurse practitioner since 2014, starting in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Her family and she always wanted to move to Prescott, so they got the opportunity in 2018.

In her off time, she enjoys the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and camping with her husband and three boys. She is also learning how to play the banjo and gets to jam with her boys, who are also learning the guitar, violin, and mandarin. Someday they may have their own bluegrass band.

Eileen is very blessed to be part of this amazing area of Arizona.

Jeremy Pene

Jeremy Pene comes to Priority Family Medical Clinic with over 20 years of medical experience.

Background

We are excited to welcome Jeremy Pene, Family Nurse Practitioner, to Priority Family Medical Clinic. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Jeremy brings extensive knowledge and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

His medical career began in 1991 as a medic and EMT in the U.S. Air Force, followed by earning his RN in 2002 and later completing his Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Azusa Pacific University in 2012. He has specialized in acute and emergency care, including trauma and emergency department work at Kaiser Permanente.

Jeremy is dedicated to building strong relationships with patients and providing high-quality, personalized care. We are proud to have him as part of our team and confident he will be a valuable asset to our community.

Kelly Bird

Kelly Bird RN, MSN

Kelly manages the Chronic Care Team. She has her Masters in Nursing Leadership and has been a nurse for 15 years with experience in many different healthcare settings. She enjoys getting to know our patients and helping them work towards their health goals.

She and her husband love living in Prescott raising their two children here.

Sydney Kerstiens

Sydney Kerstiens, Certified Medical Assistant

Sydney has been a valued member of PFMC since 2020 and is a nationally certified medical assistant. She is highly skilled in both front- and back-office operations and excels in her role as Office Manager, ensuring that the clinic and team consistently perform at the highest standard. Known for her dedication and positive attitude, Sydney greets every patient with warmth and professionalism. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, child, and two dogs.

Emma is a current College student wanting to pursue a career in nursing. As she grew up, both of her parents set an amazing example of showing what it is like to help others. Working as a medical assistant has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her passion to help others truly shows in her work here at Priority.

Kathya is one of our fabulous Medical Assistants, she’s a dedicated medical assistant who loves what she does. She keeps the clinic running smoothly, provides compassionate care and supports both patients and providers. Her positive attitude makes Priority a welcoming, friendly, and efficient place for everyone.

Annai is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with eight years of pediatric experience and a proud member of the PFMC family. Passionate and dedicated, she provides compassionate care and warmly welcomes every patient. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Katie is a dedicated member of our chronic care management team whose passion for healthcare began at an early age. Trained as both a front desk administrator and phlebotomist, she supports all aspects of patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.

Moriah is pursuing a degree in Management and brings strong organizational and teamwork skills from her U.S. Air Force service, where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Human Resource Management. She is dedicated to supporting patients in primary care and values family time and continued growth.

Daisy is a dedicated front office team member with over 10 years of administrative experience who helps keep the clinic running smoothly through efficient scheduling and communication.
