Thomas Gann

Family Nurse Practitioner

Thomas Gann comes to Priority Family Medical Clinic with over 20 years of experience. Our Provider understands the importance of quality care and is ready to help.

Background

Thomas started his medical career in 1998 in the emergency room as an EMT. He became an RN in 2002 spending most of his nursing career in the ER with a special emphasis on trauma. In 2012 he was the most outstanding graduate at Azusa Pacific University graduating with highest honors earning his MSN FNP-C. He has spent the past 6 years working at the Veterans hospital in Prescott in the physical medicine department and primary care. He was an educator in the pain school and worked on the interdisciplinary team for traumatic brain injury patients.

Eileen Mahler

Family Nurse Practitioner

Eileen Mahler comes to Priority Family Medical Clinic with over 20 years of medical experience.

Background

Eileen was born and raised in Arizona, growing up in Casa Grande. She graduated from Yavapai College in 2004 with her associates degree in nursing. Then she moved to Tucson, working at Tucson Medical Center in the Progressive Critical Care unit, obtaining a wealth of knowledge. Eileen pursued her career with her Masters in Nursing and obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013. She has been working as a nurse practitioner since 2014, starting in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Her family and she always wanted to move to Prescott, so they got the opportunity in 2018.

In her off time, she enjoys the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and camping with her husband and three boys. She is also learning how to play the banjo and gets to jam with her boys, who are also learning the guitar, violin, and mandarin. Someday they may have their own bluegrass band.

Eileen is very blessed to be part of this amazing area of Arizona.

Kelly Bird

Kelly Bird RN, MSN

Kelly manages the Chronic Care Team. She has her Masters in Nursing Leadership and has been a nurse for 15 years with experience in many different healthcare settings. She enjoys getting to know our patients and helping them work towards their health goals.

She and her husband love living in Prescott raising their two children here.

Meet our nurse injector

Erin Archer RN, BSN

Background

Erin Archer comes to Priority Hormone & Wellness with over two years of experience as an aesthetic nurse injector. She is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best all while enhancing their natural beauty. She understands that everyone has unique needs, and prides herself in helping patients set realistic goals and expectations.

Erin began her nursing career in early 2020 working as a PACU nurse at Yavapai Regional Medical Center. With a growing interest in aesthetic medicine, she left the hospital to become a plastic surgery perioperative nurse. While there, Erin was able to expand her skill set and gain sufficient knowledge in neurotoxins. She is always educating herself on new techniques and strives to provide patients with the best and safest aesthetic care possible.

When Erin is not in the office boosting confidence with Botox injections, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage boys. She is a firefighter wife, homeschool teacher, and helps manage the family business. One of her favorite things to do is watch both of her sons compete in jiu jitsu and wrestling.

Meet Teresa

Office manager

Teresa is our Practice Manager. She has been with Priority from the very beginning. From credentialing our Providers, negotiating contracts, being an insurance expert, to helping the office as a whole. When she's not at the office, she is taking care of her 3 kids.

Assistant Manager

Sydney is an outgoing bubbly spirit! She manages the front office and makes sure everything is running smoothly. Patients absolutely love her kind heart and she is here to make your transition to Priority as smooth as possible. Sydney loves to go on new adventures and play with her puppy.

Emma is a current College student wanting to pursue a career in nursing. As she grew up, both of her parents set an amazing example of showing what it is like to help others. Working as a medical assistant has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her passion to help others truly shows in her work here at Priority,

Chronic Care Management

Katie is part of our Chronic Care Management Team! Her passion to be involved in the medical field began at an early age. She is not only trained as a front office admin, but also is a phlebotomist. When Katie is not working hard here at Priority, she is at home taking care of her wonderful family!

Kathya is one of our fabulous Medical Assistants, who is dedicated to our patients, and is hardworking. She takes pride in not only assisting our Providers, but also the patients. When she isn't working, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two handsome boys!
